Firstly the food is fantastic! Had heard so many nightmares about all inclusive but the variety, freshness and quality of the cooking was irresistible. The Thalassotherapy centre (extra but very reasonable) provided phenomenal relaxation. The hotel is the cleanest I have ever stayed in period. The staff are friendly but respectful. The animation team are all young but very experienced and they work tirelessly and engage with guests of all ages. Went for the tennis and had courts to ourselves the entire week. Great for relaxation.

Food was very good, varied and with plenty of choices. Would be very hard even for the fussiest of eaters not to find something they didnt like.

Hotel is spotlessly clean. We had a double, sea view room which was very spacious with plenty of storage space and a large marble bathroom. Bedrooms cleaned to a high standard daily. Beds changed every other day and clean towels every day.

Pool towels are free and can be changed when needed at hotel reception. Safe in room is also free.

Hotel is only about 3 km away from Hammamet Center and costs 2-3 dinar(80p-

We chose this Hotel for its location on the beach, and its 4 star rating. The Hotel has a magnificent reception area to welcome you on arrival and overall the Hotel is very impressive, sitting on the beautiful white sand beach. Our room did not have a sea view but we hadn't requested one so we were not disapointed by this. The animation team were good at motivating the children to join in the many activities going on around the Hotel during the day. The team worked from 10am to midnight and were always smiling! The Location of Hotel is good as it is on the beach, the town of Hammamet is close by, and taxis are very cheap but you can walk out if you wish,I never felt threated at all. We were not asked to tip and we did not tip until our last day, tipping only the staff we felt were helpful and kind. Most staff fell into this catagory. The bedrooms were kept beautifully clean, and the beds were made by the most skilled maids ever. Each day they would arrange towels and nightwear on the beds in the shape of swans, and other things covered in rose petals. Magic!! The food was great, something for everyone. We loved the fact that most main courses were cooked in front of your eyes. Fresh all inclusive food! The entertainment was the Hotels weak point. The staff were good at dancing / gymnastics however after I think that this could be improved drastically if more outside entertainers were brought in rather than relying on the animation team all the time. We stayed for 2 weeks and I would reccomend this Hotel to anyone looking to relax and be pampered by the sea. Cats did prowl around the hotel outdoor restaurant and some people thought this was unhygenic, I belive that they were brought to keep vermin at bay so I prefer the cats to the rats and mice,!!!

The rooms are very spacious and spotlessly clean well worth paying the little extra for sea view rooms the view is great.

The staff are very friendly and helpful you get same table for dinner every night of your stay with waiter service dinner only the food is ok the pancakes in the afternoon are yummy.

The animation team get people involved in the daytime and evening activities but if you say no they leave you alone. The is a kids club for kids between 4 and 12 but my 8 year old just wanted to play in pool and sea so we didn't use it. this hotel is great for if you want to join in or just relax you can do both.

We thoroughly enjoyed out stay there and would definitely go again.

Our short break at this hotel was all inclusive with a sea view room.

Our first impressions upon arrival at 1 in the morning were good, we were well greeted and the room was nice and clean. However come daylight it was instantly apparent that the view from our room did not include the sea as we looked straight at a building site. A change of room was requested but none was available until our last night as the hotel was full. Not a good start but the rest of the hotel services more than made up for this with excellent service, cleanliness and good food.

However it all went very sour on the last day when upon our late evening departure we were told along with 12 other 'guests' that the All inclusive deal ended upon room check out and hence we were presented with an unexpected bill and the hotel management refused to allow us our luggage until it was paid. Thomson were contacted but were no help at all and we had no choice but to pay up after some very heated discussions with the hotel manager.

As you can imagine we do not recommend staying at this Hotel.

Arrived at hotel mid afternoon and was greeted by the staff and a cool drink. Check in was no bother all went smoothly, found our room on the 3rd floor, no sea view to the front (we were over reception) but it was possible if you looked over the balcony to your left. Suitcases were brought up to the room within 15 mins.

The room we had during our stay was very large, so was the bathroom. Room was spotlessly clean and was cleaned every day. The rest of the complex is of the same high quallity all the staff are friendly.

The food I enjoyed and I'm a fussy eater, all the resteraunt staff could not do enough for you.
Entertainment for me was a bit poor but they worked very hard to please everyone.

In all I would rate this hotel at 95% and thats only because of the location, 1 hour 40 mins from airport.
I would go back again next year.

Stayed in this hotel in May. Was transferred from Monistair at 1:20AM and got to the hotel close to 3AM. Was greated by a assistant manager who advised us there was food to eat down in the Resturant. Got down there and all they had was dry bread and butter and dodgy looking salad. Was not impressed. Decided to eat bread and butter as it was so early in the morning.

Overall the hotel was very good. Food was excellent and staying there one week was just right, as i would imagine the food would get quite repetitive after one week.

Staff were not very friendly and never made a effort to talk to us. Maybe it was because we actually look like tunisian's and therefore they thought we we're just visiting from another city or something.

Entertainment was very good and these guys make a extra effort. Having worked almost 16 hours a day they were willing to take us to the local club to continue the night! well impressed.

Our room was excellent, with a sea view and land view on top floor, kept immaculate and bed changed every two days, towels each day.

Food was very varied and well cooked, if you had a problem with it simply tell the Chef and ask him for something different.

Location was awful, taxi ride anywhere, Hammamet town was a good 45 min walk away.

We found all the staff very amiable and helpful. Obviously there are always the exceptions, the Chief Reception Clerk, with the thick glasses and pointed teeth was rather short with not only the visitors but with his staff not impressed, Sala and Kamal have been fantastic.

Afraid to say would not visit again due location and also found that sunbeds were in short demand and we had heavy rain three times and you could not get a drink in the main lobby as none of the bars/tea facilities started until 5pm. You had to go out in the puring rain and walk down extremely slippery steps to go to the pool cafe, also there was a problem with bar staff, mainly being only one serving in all the bars and the Pool Cafe

Having heard all sorts of horror stories about Tunisia imagine our delight when arriving at this hotel.

From the moment you step off the coach you are welcomed by smiling faces all of whom will continue to make you feel welcome throughout your holiday.

The hotel is spotlessly clean and would rival any top class hotel (I travel extensively on business staying at chains such as Marriott, Raddisson and Hilton and this would rival those). The rooms were comfortable and for the time you are in them everything you need is provided - and if not just ask. The food is all served on a buffet style and all our party were able to find plenty to eat - in fact even our fussy eater put on weight during the week.

The outstanding feature of this hotel is the staff from the manager himself to the bar and reception staff, however special credit to the 'animation' team who spend their working hours (and there are many!) ensuring you enjoy your vacation. If you want to join in the games you can but no pressure if you just want to relax.

The evening entertainment is certainly not West End but what they lack in professionalism they make up for in enthusiasm. Location wise its not great but the taxis outside the gates will take you to Hammamet for less than

We arrived at 2.30am after a very long transfer, as soon as we arrived at the hotel we were offered food.

The hotel looks impressive, we changed our room for one with a sea view (which we had to pay extra for) and then we had a problem with the air con in our room which took two days to sort out and even then it wasn't great.

Beware of mossie's rife at night.

Being on an all inclusive I found it strange that we had to pay for the bottled water, you can top it up from the poolside self service (soft & hot drinks only). But you were not supplied with water on your arrival.

Overall I didn't much care for the food in the all inclusive buffet, it was pretty much the same thing for the entire holiday most of the meat on offer was very poor cuts and fatty even the chicken. My husband enjoyed the fish and that was pretty much it, but even he had enough of the same thing not much taste to anything we tried.
The only thing I really enjoyed was the paella and that was only served once. The soup on one occasion was OK (it didn't have a film of grease on the surface).

The hotel staff throughout were brilliant very helpful and always smiling.

Our room was cleaned every day.

The bar situation was bizarre from 5pm until 6pm there was nowhere open to get a drink of any kind.
There is not a beach bar, it is based beside the pool overlooking the beach but not on the beach.

The animation team were superb and brilliant with all the children they didn't seem to stop working as the restaurant and bar staff.

Taxi's are right outside the hotel you will never have a problem finding one if you did want to venture out approx 3-5dinar to the Medina. It's about 15-20 minutes away in a cab
