The hotel has it own beach which was pleasant but very hot beware when walking on the sand. When you are staying at this resort please try and visit the many markets that are nearby but prepare to haggle as they will charge you a lot of money for an item as the currency takes some getting used to as it is all in million lira notes. I would suggest that you use the Euro instead as it is easier to check on the prices and also more widely accepted. If you want to get around use the public buses as they are cheap and friendly and the taxis can work out to be expensive plus they conviently seem to have friends in the jewellery business that can offer you good deals and that is where the taxi will drop you off and return to. The gold here is cheaper that the UK and good quality but the best bargains are at the market where they sell copies of well known exclusive designers like Versace, Dolce and Gabanna, Nike and also Diesel they are excellent prices and good quality and good copies no one would ever know the difference.

Belek resort is very friendly and clean and all the locals take you as family they are so decent, there isn't much in entertainment in Belek town but with all the fantastic stuff in you hotel you wont need it.
We went sea swimming every day and its so warm and clean you could forget you was only in Turkey, overall its a breath taking place.
A must for all ages and abilities.

We visited the market at Belek and that was about it. The beach at our hotel was lovely. It was spotless and uncrowded at all times.

One of, if not THE most beautiful beaches I've ever been on. Spotlessly clean, golden sand and a warm sea you can see right down to the bottom of.
As for the resort, the town centre in Belek is as you would expect in Turkey, lots of Arthur Daley types selling "Gucci" watches and bars which will charge £5 for a short if you're not careful-expect to haggle for everything! Also the smell of sewage is never far away...
As for entertainment you're probably better off staying at your hotel.

Can't fault this place at all. Entertainment is the usual standard. There are staff working on the beach sweeping sand off the walkways!!!
Would definately go here again.

There was a small town about one hours walk away (or short taxi ride) haggle with driver for best price. If you are going to walk take plenty water with you.
The town has many shops and holds a market which is very good for picking up gifts...again haggle with traders.
The hotel staff and entertainment team were all very friendly and went out their way to make everyone feel at home.
