The resort of Belek we found to be clean and the people friendly (sometimes too friendly!).
Most of our entertainment was at the hotel although our tour guide did explain that there was various markets, tours and events that took place at different times of the day and on different days in Belek. We did not see any of these so cannot comment.
The beach at the Atlantis hotel was excellent with plenty of sun beds and loungers available along with a variety of water sports at a charge and there were suitable areas marked off for swimming. The beach was clean and and well maintained by the hotel staff. Kids enjoyed snorkelling in the water here wich was fine as the depth was not to deep for them. Good walks can be had along the length of the beach in nice soft sand, no pebbles or stones here! Very nice beach.

As we left for Belek we were all very exicted and as we found out during the following week, we weren't disapointed.

The hotel was very well set out, the numerous pools were spotlessly clean, (all of them!) the water-slides were well supervised and were open most of the day.

Ice-cream was freely avalible most of the day, which was great for the kids!

The food was execllent with plenty of variety for everyone. The restaurants were spotless, and the staff very friendly. Despite the fact that, yes, we were out numbered by Germans, French and Dutch people. We found them to be generally very ameenable and we met some very nice people if you make the effort! This made our holiday more interesting!

The room was very clean, not luxurious but had everything you could possibly need. The mini bar was topped up every other day and we found this enough. The accutual complex was very large and well thought out. The people seemed to really enjoy the nighttime entertainment. Particularly the groups which played outside the Zomm bar, which got everybody joining in!

We would recommend this hotel and certainly go back!

Very clean resort, lots of shops but all seem to be selling the same sort of thing.

A firm no will stop any hassle from shopkeepers.

This area is a golfers paradise. lots of fantasic courses although the prices are starting to creap up. Beaches are soft sand and in late October the sea was still 23 degrees.
Wonderfull area.

We stayed in the Belek area and although we did not visit the town itself, everything around that are was very good. We did visit Kadriye which was our nearest shopping spot and the shops bars and restaurants were extremely clean with everyone very friendly. Our main visit to this area was to play golf - so that was our entertainment and we were not dissappointed although the courses were not cheap.
We are looking foward to our next visit which we hope will be within the next two years.

the resort was belek with the nearest town being kadriey great market and shops and quite lively at night .there is another market in belek itself where you will not be hassled what so ever as the local bye laws forbid it ,we talked to some of the same traders and the difference was unbelievable .

We only left the hotel a couple of times because we found that the locals at Kidrirye only wanted to relieve you of your money, and if they didn`t get any they spoke more English than you thought they did except this wasn`t queens English.

The beach was at least 40yds wide and very clean but stony near the waters edge and a steep fall as you enter the sea.

There is a good selection of water sports close by at reasonable prices.

We won`t return here or to Turkey in the future.
