The Hotel Was Absolutley fantastic. Loved every minute of it. The cleanliness of the hotel was superb nothing wrong at all. Hotel food was excellent.
The location was magnifecent was right in the middle of everything such as pubs, beach and shops. From the moment we all got there the staff were excellent and helped us with our bags and everything.
They made us like we have knowning them for a few years. Like part of our family.
The entertainment was excellent, we didn't really stay in there on the nights but when we got back it was supberb.
The staff are the best we have ever gone to especcially: Figo Our best friend, Husan, Ozzy, Mehmet and the rest of them :) x
We would definitely come back here if we have a chance. Hopefully see you all in 2008 better all still be there..We miss you all x

These apartments are set behind De Ja View (was Richard's Place) and were quite nice. They could have done with a lick of paint as stated in previous posts, but couldn't be faulted for their cleanliness of the rooms.
While we were there, both my sons got ear infections as did a lot of guests staying there, but this was not just our apartments, as there was a lot of people from various other apartments/hotels with ear infections as well, don't know why there seemed to be so many?
Our biggest complaint was not really anything to do with the Bahar, but the apartments next door had 2 dogs and they barked constantly during the day and night. My room 108 was right next to the yard that the dogs were kept and I never slept a wink for 2 weeks.
The whole side of apartments were affected by this, but there wasn't anything that the reception could do about it. When I asked if I could be moved, I was told "no - full" and that was that.
When speaking to bar owners and bar staff, there has been a lot of people complaining about this since the season started and is well known in this area, so if you are going to these apartments, pray that you are not in the building to the right of the reception, at the side of the alleyway!
The Scottravel rep asked us after our first night how we were doing and we told him about the dogs, he said he would talk to management, but never came back to us! We tried not to let this spoil our holiday, but we were tired all the time, good excuse for lounging by the pool and not doing anything though.
We didn't sample the Turkish night as we have been to Turkey on several occasions and went to them before, so cannot comment on this. Hotel staff were friendly, one was too friendly and for the first few days tried to get my daughter's attention constantly, but when he found out her age, he backed off?
My daughter is nearly 19, but is small and skinny and looks about 14/15, this puzzled us as we thought that the opposite would have happened.
Big hello to Jake from the pool/bar staff, he was a good laugh. This holiday was rearranged as our initial travel company cancelled our holiday 8 weeks before we went, and we had to change our origional apartments, this was a disappointment before we went, and we still were a bit disappointed as we felt these apartments were too noisy as there was a lot of families here.
Nothing against families, we have 3 children, but we know that our origional apartments were very quiet and chilled and that's the type of holiday we wanted. We would reccommed these apartments for families as long as something is done about the dogs!

Went to the Bahar with family including 9 year old grand daughter, who had a great time in the good sized pools and slides. great for families, but could be considered noisy if you do not have children.
Staff and food was very good, you could have mid-day meal in the pool area which has good views of surounding Mountains.
BBQ night was very good value and food was excellent, would recommend it.
Room was a good size, had hot water 90% of the time. they were cleaned regulary, with bedding and towels changed.
Would recommend these apartments and will most likey go there again soon.

Bahar Apartments are in ideal location if you are looking for a quiet and calm holiday (as it is situated in the old village) but it is also the best place for great entertainment and a good laugh!
Most of the staff change each year but this year's staff were brilliant! They were so so kind and helpful in every way! nothing was too much trouble at all! (We've been going to Icmeler since the last 13 years!) The staff this year, including: Mahmmut, Mehmet, Mali, Ali, Dormus and many others, were a treat every morning and evening! (And we know that Mahmmut, Mehmet and Mali will be there next year as well!!)
We would recommend these apartments to anyone! The rooms were cleaned every day, the food was amazing (the name of the chef is Adnan) and anything you want is only a 10 minute walk away!

Well what can I say, the hotel staff were the best ever, so funny and entertaining. Even though they had to switch the music off at 12, they made sure we got as much in before they shut down. So friendly and helpful, they couldn't do enough for us.
The hotel could have done with a lick of paint but we weren't in it for very long. The rooms got cleaned everyday with fresh towels.
We sometime ate in the hotel restaurant, the food there was really good especially when they have a Turkish night and they have a BBQ.
The hotel location to us was perfect, just in the right place, closer enough to where we wanted to go but not too far from other things.
Thinking of going back next year but would go direct to the hotel as it was really cheap to keep the room on until we got picked up.

Hello, I think the Bahar apart was brilliant!! It was ever so clean! and got towels and cleaned daily.
The food was good but they could do better.
The location was miles away from the centre but I guess it is okay.
Hotel staff excellent!!! I want to say a big hiya to all of them Nihalle, Ali G, Ali Baba, Antonio, Leonardo, Hasan and all the kitchen staff!!! They was all fantastic thank you for a brill! holiday!
Entertainment was good! I think they should do a bit more like fun and games competitions..and not just dancing but it was fun!..
I would love to visit this hotel again it was amazing and very popular!

The Bahar is basic and in all honestly the apartments could do with a lick of paint , however this did not hinder our holiday.
Our apartment creeked and groaned for an update but no one stayed in it long enough to listen.
Although the interior of the apartments are quite small the pool area and gardens compensates for this.
There was ample sunbathing space and 4 pools to choose from.
The Bahar made us welcome from the minute we stepped off the coach.
All the guys were helpful friendly and efficient from the word go , nothing was too much trouble.
The guys knew all our names by the end of our first day and our fav drinks (efes!)
Our kids could not wait to get back there each evening.
The location in the village suited us fine , close enough to walk to the hustle and bustle of the resort and also close enough to step out again , we would have liked the beach a little closer but only went once anyway!

The hotel was basic but overall it was ideal for families. It took approx 10 mins to walk to the main street which was brillaint after a large meal! The staff (Barran, Nico, Lee) were excellent with the children and lots of fun every day round the pool with the waiters (Ozzy & Speedy). They were all very friendly and made you feel welcome. The waiters did some turkish dancing in the evening when there was no outside entertainment.
