Location
Food was good, Elif hotel rooms were nice, views were spot on we had a sea view and was greeted ecch morning with a view out to sea and of the beach.
Staff in the Elif bar were friendly and service was good.
Entertainment was ok but could do with a bit more variety.
We would re-visit this hotel and we are currently looking to do so for next summer.

It is in a prime location, couldnt ask for better, the views from the balcony are amazing.
A maid calls at your room everyday without fail and does an excellent job, providing clean towels and making the beds etc.
Reception staff are very friendly and always on hand to help if needed.
The pool area is kept clean and is an adequate size for the number of guests. Most days there were not enough sunbeds to go around, you have to be up early to get one.
The only down side to staying at the hotel was the hassle from a few (not all) of the staff working at the Elif Restaurant. It got so bad we dreaded walking past in the evening and tried to sneek through. Apart from this I would stay here again.

The pool is small with a kids pool at the side. Free mattrass's for the beds. Next door (sister hotel the Blue Rainbow-a spit away) has a better pool and sun area, which is always free with plenty of beds and free mattress's. No one pestered us for drinks at the pool bar, but we drank some anyway (give us a break we were on holiday !).
HSBC bank located in the square some 5 min walk.

The staff at the hotel itself were lovely, but we were harrassed a lot by the staff in the bar attached to the front of the hotel (and leased out). Sometimes it felt like Colditz trying to sneak out past them. We also found out that the two times we ate here they were not the best at adding up the bill.
The room was kept very clean and really just needs updating.
Breakfast was served next door in the Blue Rainbow and was as described in the brochure, fruit would have been nice.

The food next door was very good with a good choice of cereals, boiled eggs, scrambled, with several meats, cheese and fruit,
THe hotel is ideally located for the beach 50yards,
The hotel staff could not do enough for you,
WE ARE COMING BACK NEXT YEAR.

The hotel is very clean the sheets were changed daily and the towels even if I hung them back up they took them and left clean ones.
The staff are friendly and reception is manned at all times. This year I have noticed that more British companies are using the Elif such as First Choice and Airtours so there was a lot more British people at the hotel.
The pool is a good size and kept very clean, some days there was no beds available (this is the 1st time this has happened) but it was no bother to us as we like the beach.
They have their own section of the beach which is looked after by Osman, drinks and snacks are ordered from the Elif Bar and brought to you on the beach.
The hotel is a bit old fashioned but you wouldnt notice, breakfast is served next door in the Blue Rainbow usual Turkish type but food is so cheap if you dont like it you can eat out. We are booking again for September 2004.

breakfast was a bit boring,as it was the same everyday,no fruit, but the meals that you could buy in the hotel bar were excellent,in fact as they were so good we ate there often, sunday dinner was the best ive ever had.
The staff were wonderful,so very friendly im already missing them,
The hotel is old and old fashioned, but who cares its right on the beach, and has a good swimming pool,i will be back.!!
