The staff were very friendly.
The location was excellent.
The entertainers were good, however there wasn't enough variety, but this would have been because it was the beginning of the season.
We enjoyed ourselves at the L'Etoile and I would recommend anyone to go there.

The food was excellent plenty of choice and plenty of food for everyone
Rooms towels and sheets were clean and changed most days, once or twice they missed but were changed next day. They were changed 11 times in 14 days Staff were either clearing away glasses crockery or polishing also very pleasant and friendly always eager to help.
Hotel was well located and everything was within walking distance
Plenty of sunbeds around the pool and plenty of chairs both inside and out. Found out you could have towels every day from reception to take to pool and beach on our second last day so if you go to this hotel be sure to ask.
Plenty of bars and entertainment near hotel if you want to go out as entertainment not up to much and not much variety of drinks for being all inclusive but we went for a fly and flop holiday and that

The Hotel is in a prime spot. Excellent and friendly staff. Food range is fantastic, Breakfast Lunch and dinner. (ignore any other British comments, that you cant get pie and mash, this is Turkey, stay in the UK if you want that)
Only slight let down is evening hotel entertainment, which needs improving, however this was a new team so they should improve. But do not let that put you off as, entertainment is right on your doorstep in a host of other bars, just yards away.

This was my first visit to Turkey [after a friend insisted we go] and I can honestly say I was in no way disappointed!
The hotel was fabulous, although if paying All Inclusive be prepared. You pay more for the hotels look and cleaniness than the actual function and food choice.
Our fridge didn't work but the hotel shop sold ice cold water for 5000mil (20pence) so we didn't feel cheated at all.
The view was gorgeous and the hotel is set in such a busy yet chilled out area with only a few hotels sharing the bay and beach.
The hotel staff were great and extremly polite and helpful, the entertainment was 'interesting' so we spent every night out in Marmaris (Bar Street and Long Beach).
I'll be visiting Turkey again next summer while I travel, and i'll definatly drop in to the L'Etoile Hotel.
p.s You must try the local pizza and cheese toasties!

Hotel maid service not up to standard as far as having to get your own toilet paper as not always left any.
Staff very friendly but sometimes understaffed and often had to wait much longer for your drinks.
Although recently refurbished there were quite a few area's needed some attention especialy the air conditioning which was not up to standard as I found it cooler outside than in our room.
The location was excellent and there was a lovely walk along the beach front

The staff were really staff! They don't have any idea about tourism. They can't solve the problems, they don't listen to you. The front desk manager was very amateur. The staff at the bars were great!
No entertainment (every day the same: 10am dart game, 11am water polo, 14pm table tennis etc.)X 7days.
No air conditioning, no free space around the pool (not clean enough.)
Early breakfast hours: 07.00-10.00.
No alcohol in beer, too much water added. You can't find any place to sit after dinner. So you only watch the silly bingo game (very poor awards!) From reception.
Finally, if you decide to stay at this hotel just use it to sleep, don't waste your time + money!
