The food was OK, nothing fantastic but we didnt have problems finding something. Fresh omelettes and pancakes etc for breakfast .. which was good ! Service was good.. plenty of waiters to clear up etc. (one waiter in the restaurant was extra cute!)
We stayed in a bunglow which was lovely. Nice size, very clean and always made up everyday by the maid.. she even made our towels into heart shapes one day!
Location was good .. when going to the beach head left for maramis and right for Icumlar. When walking towards Marmaris you will come to a place where you can swim with dolphins .. do it! it was so fun!
Overall, this hotel was fantastic, and we are looking forward to going back next year. I was worried a week before going after reading new reviews which weren't too good.. but i had nothing to worry about because this hotel is just brilliant!!!.. there is some cute waiters too !!

The food was plentiful and tasty even for someone who is picky there is food for them,if something lands on tablecloth is it changed the staff make sure you are topped up with drinks tables cleared as soon as anyone leaves,
The staff in all areas are friendly they like to get to know ya,but will leave you alone if thats what you want, the doctor there is expensive so go to the local pharmacies in either of the towns.
Entertainment during the day is around the main pool various games night time is good for the kids and then sometimes a show for adults in the ampitheatre ,and a disco everynight till 2 am .Entertainment could be better althought we went in october maybe it was better earlier in the summer.
Location is good its right in the middle of marmaris and icelemer handy just jump on a dolmus we didnt think much of marmaris but icelemer was brilliant.we recommend Sylivias bar in icelimer english lady does sundays dinners.

Will start with the rooms. I stayed in the hotel and though the beds was made every day they never once in the week I was there did they mop a floor or clean the bathroom. My Mom stayed in the bungalow and had a pain of glass comming out of the balcony door.
The food was the worst I have every tasted only ate there twice and came down with food poisning so spent 5 days out of seven in bed. After two days just wanted to go home.
There are trees everywhere so makes it difficult to get a tan. There were times when there was no food in the day and coffee machines turned off its supposed to be all inclusive.
When the food was layed out there where birds all pecking at the food and taking it off peoples plates while they went to get a drink.
The situation of the hotel is not that good as if you want to go to a shop you have to get on a bus as there are no local ones.
All I can say is we wasted our money going to this hotel so please don't waste yours as most people who where there looked bored and fed up and most where in there room ill.

We arrived to a glass of champaigne while staff took cases to our rooms, we thought this very nice and thought we had chose a great hotel, we were lucky to get rooms right next to the hotel however with a double buggy, pram and single buggy and over 50 stairs to climb every time we went to our rooms it was a bit of a nightmare, however if the waiters seen you strugle they did help.
The food was okay at first but after a few days became boring, they seem to repete everything over and over again and the que's sometime were unbeleiveble and that was in May, I would hate to see what it would be like in peak season.
My two kids ended up with tosilitis, when they first complained of sore throats I phoned the doctor on site and asked if I could buy antibiotics over the counter at a chemist, he said no I could only get that on prescription, I had to pay them thirty five pounds plus extra for antibiotics, I later learned that you can buy antibiotics over the counter.
The walk in to icmeler is nice but again not something you want to be doing night and day if you want a bit of entertainement.
Overall we enjoyed out holiday the part that put us off most and would stop us going back is the amount of stairs and steep slopes that have to be climbed over and over agaon to get to rooms, bars, shops, flumes, park etc etc.

The quality was much better then I expected after hearing about the star rating differences. The hotel is right on the beach. If you want to call it a beach. You won't be building sand castles as there are chairs everywhere. The water is clean and clear.
There was staff cleaning at all hours. The entertainment was a bit suspect most of the time. But, they have professionals come in a few nights and they are fantastic.
The only thing I would be aware of is if you have teen girls the locals are pretty friendly with them and over baring at times.

We were constantly entertained by the animation staff, day & night (They never seem to be off duty).
The surrounding scenery around the complex is literally breath taking.
The food was first class, the best that we've seen. You were literally spoilt for choice, something for every nationality, even for the fussy eaters. whom, I am sure are the people complaining here! You are in Turkey not England, there is bound to be some Turkish dishes it's only logical. If people wanted junk food they should have stayed in England or tried Benidorm.
The rooms were simple, but spotless. The maids cleaned every single day to a good standard. All the staff work tirelessly to ensure your holiday is top notch. The waiters are worked so hard and are always smiling. No sooner had you finished a meal or a drink and the waiters cleared away.
It is well worth treating yourself to a Turkish peel and massage, I would suggest you do this at the start of your holiday, it helps prolong your tan and prevent peeling. I had the mineral sea salt exfoliating massage and felt a million dollars afterwards! The price was also at least half what you would pay in England! I also had my hair cut and styled it cost
