resort cleanliness is average loads of litter and paper strewn everywhere but it is the stray dogs roaming around that are most disconcerning although all we meet seemed to be friendly?
There is loads to do in the resort mostly revolving around restaurants and bars, the locals are good fun and very happy to join in.
the beeches are idilyic everything for everyone, Billy's beach was awesome ecspecialy for the kids, be warned however it is expensive, i would recomend taking a picnic and plenty of water.
I would definatley visit this resort again, we are looking to book up again for next year already, this time we are going to bring along a group of our friends.
Lastley be warned the airport is scandolusley expensive we had been warned about the prices by the rep and made sure that we ate before we got there, unfortunatley our flight was delayed and more out of boredom than anything else we decided to have a famous chicken dinner, be warned 60 lira for 3 pieces of chiken chips twice is robbery the airport owners should be ashamed of themslves.

Plenty of shops and restaurants, yes you get hassled a bit to go in and eat / buy gifts etc, but a pleasant "no thank you" is all it takes.
Recommend a turkish bath
Fully recommend the jeep safari - but be prepared to get very wet and dirty!
Don't miss out on an evening trip to the fish market in Fethiye.

There is a shuttle bus run daily from the hotel, which is free, to the beautiful beach in Olu Deniz and the Blue Lagoon. Again it is surrounded by the mountains on three sides and situated in a protected area which cannot be further built upon.
The hotel takes you to the 'Seahorse Restaurant' whereby the sunbeds are free to guests and you pay for lunch and drinks. The lads are a scream behind the bar, and talk fluent English. They are also delightful to the kids and have a variety of tricks up their sleeves to show off and keep them entertained.
Despite being roadside beach toilets, they are clean and well stocked with soap and paper. There is also a shower to use. On the beach there are changing rooms additionally.
If you don't fancy waiting until 5.30pm for the hotel bus to collect you, there is quite a walk back up the long, hot road to the shops and restaurants in the resort. There you can get a dolmus bus (local) back for about 2.50 Turkish lira.
Fetiyah has a huge street market on a Tuesday that is worth a visit (especially if you 'want' not 'need' anything). There is fruit and veg, leather goods, hats, bags, t-shirts, toys, watches, jewellry, an abundance of clothes and so it goes on...The sellers have all the English banter to make you buy, know all the shop names at home- Asda, M&S, Primark etc. It is an eye opener and not for the faint hearted!! This costs 2.50 Turkish lira by dolmus or negotiate with a taxi driver and you can go for about 25 lira.
At night the Garden Restauant (see animation team)in Fetiyeh, do traditional Turkish food. Once you have eaten your starter you can climb up to visit the tombs (free), admire the bayside view, then come down to finish your meal, have a little Turkish dancing and the staff drop you back at your hotel whenever you want(free pick up too, just leave a small tip).
There are loads of boat trips to wonderful nearby places to visit, swim around, sit off the coast from, and all add to that very Turkish experience. It is worth investigating all the choices of trips and places of interest to see. Turkey is huge and the scenery very varied all over the country. Even if things go wrong or not quite what you imagined it to be, it's all an adventure!...and what you make it!
We love Turkey, which is why we have kept coming back. The people are so very accomodating and pleasant. Each new resort and experience continues to add up to an excellent holiday!!!

The resort was clean, however we have a 4 year old, so we was never very late, so we did not see any entertainment, but there was plenty advertise in the resort. the main beach is a bus ride away which cost 2.50 TL or you can use the private beach which belongs to the orka with free return transfer and sunnbed, they is also plenty of shade there, however not much sand, but the sea is shallow. I would recommend NOT to take Euro as some of the shops prefer Turkish Lira or the great british pound!!
