Booked 2 interconnecting rooms, very clean, towels bedding changed daily.

Food was fabulous most cooked in front of you, breakfast ranged from fry up to cereals + pastries, lunch pizza, burgers, chips, fish fingers jacket potatoes, evening meals were fabulous so much choice all fresh.

Hotel staff were very freindly especially towards the children. We found the entertainment superb always something different!!

The gardens, pools and toilets are kept immaculately clean.
Lots of pools to choose from some with flumes open between 10-12 and 2-4.never used the indoor pools as we had lovely weather.

Hot and cold drinks flowing till 1 am,
lots of sunbeds around every pool. Pool bars are great, only had a week this time but going to book for 2 weeks in 2007 so we can get out and see more of Turkey, this is definitely a fab family place.

Having just returned from the Tropical we had a really good time.

The hotel is very clean the maid who cleaned our room was excellent.

The pools were really great fun and sunbeds were not a problem we could always get them no need for the towel rush.

Our 8 year old really enjoyed the kids clubs alway plenty for them to do. The 13 year old had some good fun at the Wavelength club too well done the kids club reps

The food on the Tropical side was the only downfall always seemed to be cold so we used the palace side to eat.

The reps at the hotel were fantastic my partner was ill and taken to hospital and they all did everything to help my children and I while he was in hospital. Well done to all the reps

This was our 1st family holiday which we were so looking forward to....We arrived quite late in the evening around 11pm..... Was very impressed with this resort....Lovely furnishings around!!

Food was ok, there were times when it was cold which was a little annoying and couldn't see a microwave....

The pool areas are great....Fantastic landscaped gardens, there was always staff tending to the grounds... The beach was a little untidy which was a shame as we love the beach and wanted to snorkle....didn't spoil our time there though as there is plenty to do...

Free Ice creams from the snack hut on the beach.... Fresh towels never a problem....plenty of sunbeds/mattresses...

The Palace side we preferered as the food was better and your were guarenteed a clean table to sit at and they had a bar in their restaurant...I found the Tea and Coffee area not always topped up and had asked for milk and sugar but the guy didnt understand me! I gave up!! More hangers needed in the rooms please! we must have had 8 in our wardobe:(

We had a lovely holiday and thoroughly enjoyed the Mud Bath trip,Turtle beach was gorgeous....The tour rep was great!!

Will return to this resort but would stay at the Palace side....We all got great tans too.

Wow! Great family holiday. Our first time all inclusive and to Turkey so we can't realy compare to anything else but this was good.

Food at the Tropical was nice but you got more choice at the Palace, including chicken curry and fried rice on one night, don't miss the Turkish night, food was great.

The Tropical was spotless as the staff work realy hard.

Entertainment was great for the kids, but for adults its what you make of it.

Pools and slides kept our kids happy all day.

The First Choice kids clubs are some of the best you can get, they are realy good. Our 7 + 4yr olds loved them and you can get a late session 9-11 pm.

Overall the hotel staff are great but beware of some bar-staff who tend to slide your drinks along the bar at you or who think flicking ice at you is fun, after a few days it will get on your nerves. The only real complaint was when I took a unopen bottle of water for my 11mnth girls milk from the restraunt, only to be stopped by a waiter who said I would have to buy it from room service if I needed it. What a cheek! after all she was all inclusive as well. When I told a rep about this, who then promptly got me one, he then told me to try and make sure I wasn't seen taking it the next time or simply open it and use some before taking it out. I really hope they can change this silly rule for future infants.

Overall this was a great family holiday and will be hard to beat for facilities, and price. Can't wait for next year. only 48 weeks to go.

We went to this hotel last year and really enjoyed it. We went back this year for a wedding, 27 of us in total.

The staff on the whole were freindly, the hotel very clean.

The food was good, there was the odd time when we didn't no what to have but normally there was a good choice, just don't expect meat and two veg, you are in another country after all. Saying that we went into the village to one of the steak houses near the market and had a proper sunday dinner, fantastic!

The only complaint I would give the food is that they only have the childrens menu on for an hour 7-8, so would be good to see that open longer.

Entertainment was good, seemed better last year more choice. But the entertainment staff are really freindly and are good with the kid's.

I recommend going on a jeep safari, the one in the village with the land rovers is best, those guy's are great, the best day we had there. Get some water guns and be prepared to get wet and have a real laugh.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone, the Bride and Groom at ours said we had underestimated the place they really enjoyed it and the Wedding was lovely.

The food was the same every night severable people were ill after eating under cooked chicken, the food was boring and they ran out very quickly so you had to wait for more or none was forth coming.

The hotel and rooms themselves were very clean and tidy could not fault this, the beds were very hard but pillows were ok.

Staff were helpful but very sullen hardly smiled except for one Turkish girl called Pina she was always smiling she was working in the pool bar such a lovely girl.

The entertainment was the same every night and was atrociouse an insult to intelligent people.

I came home after paying

This is a difficult one to be honest!
We have been to the HV Costa del Sol (twice) and had a great time, so we booked HV Turkey. Here we go, I will be as honest as i can...

Very quick transfer time from Dalaman (20 mins). On arrival we were booked into the hotel and made our way to the room (family room). The Bell boy arrived with our luggage sometime later.

Rooms - Ever been to a travel lodge? The rooms were basic, Large double bed in main area, table and two cloakrooms, leading to another area split by sliding doors with TV and sofa bed and small balcony.
The bathroom was very small and.. could we get the water to drain?.. spent valuable minutes trying to pick the plug out of the hole(no where near like the HV Costa) so we may have been spoilt a bit. But clean all the same.

The Hotel was very clean, the staff worked very hard at this in my view. But it is HUGE. 10+ pools, Arcade with ten pin bowling, internet, games and pool tables.
Plenty of places to sit and chat.

Entertainment - ha ha ha ha ha. Oh dear, The team tried realy hard to be fair, as did we to try to listen to it. However, the team really should carry a diffrent show, song, over a two week period as this was repeated on the second week.
We sat at the pool bar quite a lot, with the bingo (the kids loved it) a quiz and the show, twice they had a chat evening! Where they sat on two chairs and chatted to each other about the Sun newspaper...EH?? Poor...very poor. No kids or Adult interaction whatsoever.

Food- Well..if you don't like chicken or salad your gonna be eating chips and soup for 2 weeks.
The food was luke warm from the "tins" (if there was any food in there). really i cant say any thing nice here, i'm not being harsh, i'm not a snob. I will eat almost anything, but..it was bad. 4 star First Choice?? I dont think so 2.5 mabye! It soooo reminded me of Butlins on a bad day, We queued...and queued...and queued again.

To top it all...My wife was ill for the last 2 days - stomach cramps,
On the last night she passed out (and i mean dropped to the floor..out) and spent all night in the Health room on a drip - Food poisoning.

Overall - Would i return? If the world was to be covered in water except for the HV Turkey...I would be busily building a boat to paddle away from there asap.

On a good note - The in 2 action team were fab, really great fun and i thank them for the laughs we had.

We are booking the HV Costa next year, no worries.

The complex is beautiful with plenty going on day and night. The food was ok but could do with improving. The 3 themed restaurants were fine the Turkish one being the best.

The hotel staff very friendly and helpful and make you feel that nothing is too much to ask. The cleanliness was excellent.

The First Choice reps were really helpful, and always onsite if you have problems.

I have been to Turkey several times but rate this as being the best hoildays we have had.
Our 3 year old daughter had a brilliant time in the swimming pools and really enjoyed the kids slides.

Overall I would recommend this complex to anyone young, old and families it has something to suit everyone.
Well will definatly be reyurning back to the Pegasos Tropical.

Mozzies by night, wasps by day!! Just returned on the 6th Oct' from a 2 week stay. As many others have commented, the cleanliness of this hotel is five star, but whatever you do, don't leave your plate at the buffet for a minute or it will have disapeared!!

Cleaners seem to be everywhere day and night, fresh towels daily, really really good.

The hotel site is also excellent with lots to keep you entertained.

First choice reps were also very good on the exception of some of the entertainment team who thought they were a class above!

Some hotel staff don't seem to speak English which I can't quite understand seeing its a 99% british hotel!

But my biggest moan of this complex would be the food, fish, chicken, fish, chicken, day in day out, the food variety was quite good, but much of it tasted very much the same, very very poor quality first choice as I've stayed in 4 star first choice all inclusive before, this was a huge disapointment!

Overall we did have a good holiday, just let down by the quality that first choice should of provided!
