Best Hotel we have ever stayed in and we have stayed in a lot through work and personal.
Do not book a sea view deluxe room.

The resort was spotlessly clean and the staff worked tirelessly to keep it that way. However I cant be sure about the pool water. My husband and daughter both have ear and throat infections treated in england today, which require return visits to the GP. Every family I spoke to had at least one memeber of their family who had an infection of some description or another.
The entertainment was poor. The resort staff work hard but its all very amateurish. On one evening First Choice flew a comedian in from England and he was excellent. But my family 2 adults and two kids of 13 and 10 spent a few nights in our hotel room playing cards because the entertainment was mind numbing. WE went on a few trips organised by the hotel and First choice which were excellent. Despite being told to go into the town and book, from what we saw on the Jeep Safari the town excursion didnt appear to adhere to the safety standards I would have expected. We were also told by the twon travel agent that we would be doing a twelve island trip when infact (when we had to cancel due to illness) we were told the receipt had been wrongly written and that the islnad tour was in fact six islands. make of that what you will. The beach was ok, but you can only go on a small portion of it due to the logerhead turtles being protected so its not worth going on. Down in Sarigerme the beach is lovely and worth a trip.
I would vist this resort again, due to its location and the sheer size of the complex means that the quality cannott be a priority.

Always people cleaning wherever you looked and great having towels provided for pool and beach. Loads of pools (17) so plenty of choice, but have to get there early (7.30am!) to get your spot especially for an umbrella for shade when it gets too hot. Lots of entertainment and our daughter had great time at kids club and the evening entertainment was a lot better than expected. Loved the Rock, Legends and the panto especially! We only left the resort once and went scuba diving which was fab. Definately recommended for families.

The hotel had good entertainment for children mainly. Me and my husband rarely went into the amplitheatre as we prefered to sit near the bar and chat with other couples. Our children enjoyed the shows.

Entertainment for families in the day were excellent from football to drawing it catered for all ages.

The beach was very quiet with hardly anyone on it. The sea was a little rough but we enjoyed a stroll down it once a day just for a paddle.

The resort overhall was clean and tidy. Lovely location and would recommend it again and again.

The village is small with a few shops and bars but was bigger than we expected and was adequate for our needs on an all inclusive holiday.

Resort was to far out the way...small village near by...beach course sand and sea was no good for children as it sloped very quickly.

The resort has been put on red alert by first choice because of the sickness and poo bug that is rife there at the moment.

Very small and quiet - a 'one horse town'. A fifteen minute walk from the Holiday Village or 1 euro by dolmus (go every half hour). The Sunday market was worth a visit.

the beach has not been improved in fact the tropical side of the beach has had all the sun loungers removed, with some litter scattered along the length of the beach
