Sarigerme is 12km from the main road, with only two hotels at the moment. I would be inetersted to see it in a few years when it is developed, but at the moment there really isn't a lot else there. We were particularly interested to see the fruits and plants grown in this region.

The resort was quite small but enought shops to do anyone. The people were very friendly. The market on Sunday was great and not too busy. This is an up and coming resort so i would give in a couple of years and see the difference.

We only went into Sarigerme for the Sunday market so really cannot comment on the resort as such.

The market is good for bargains, if your going for 2 weeks I'd go the first week to suss things out and buy the following week. However, it does get repetitive despite the fact that it is small compared to other markets in Turkey. This did put us off going on a 'market trip' though - why bother just to see more of the same?
We went on a day trip to the Dalyan Mud Baths & Beach. We booked with Mustafa from Sarigerme tours. It was cheaper and Mustafa is a fantastic guide. This trip was well worth the experience and the beach was fantastic.
Sarigerme is a developing resort and at the moment is quite limited.

Only visited the resort once for the Sunday Market, if you go use Sterling as you get much better deals and barter you'll find you can get some great deals. The beach is not up to much but it is not developed as they protect the turtles. It will develop over the years

The resort is clean and tidy.
The beach in front of the hotel is protected as Turtles nest there most nights. Get up very early and look around the beach - very nteresting. The beach to the right, about a 20 minute walk along the sea edge, is cleaner and more appealing if thats what you want. Sand in front of the resort is black

the beach is'nt that good but with all to do at the hotel who needs it, the pegasos palace is a great place to take the family and saragarme is a very friendly place to visit.

Seregerme is a holiday resort which is growing. Currently it is a small village with one main street. Very quiet with a few bars and restaurants. The Turkish locals are very friendly and always willing to help you. There is a Sunday market which if you like Barterring is brilliant. (Cheap as Chips) or (Cheaper than Shoplifting) the locals would say.
Food in the restaurants was lovely, Drink is very cheap as long as you stick to the local brews. 10 years time this village will be another Benedorm. (Watch this space).

The resort was ok the problem we had was it was too big and very noisy we enjoyed going down to sarigerme for a drink as it is very laid back and quite sleepy and the locals are friendly we went into ortaca on the dolbus but the driver ripped us off you should only be charged 2.50 lira each and kids go free he charged us for the kids. The market is good fun but it gets very hot so you need to go early in the morning. The taxi from the hotel is usually 7 lira it seems to have gone up from last year
