Next year will be our 40th Wedding Anniversary and we are looking for the holiday that will go that 'extra mile'. I've made a list of possibilities and I'm now asking you all for your help and advice. Our anniversary is August but it isn't set in stone that we are away on the actual date.
So, in no particular order here goes:

1) This has a set date of July and is a cruise round The Top End of Australia. We have been twice to Oz (love it) and explored inland and last November we cruised round the 'bottom half' so this would complete the circle.
2) An escorted tour (Travelsphere) across Canada with the option (probably taken) of an Alaskan cruise at the end. We have done an Alaskan cruise before but this one has a slightly different itinerary.
3) An Alaskan cruise with a pre- or post-cruise landtour. Why we didn't do this when we first went, I don't know.
4) Seen on Holidaytruths - a two weeks self-drive tour of Iceland.
