We are flying off to San Francisco at 6 o'clock in the morning. We've had a great time here helped by all the great advice given by the lovely people on here before we came.

We did get ripped off by the taxi from the airport - we did as told and said, "no tunnel," he promptly ignored us and took us to the MGM via the freeway and charged $25 which we paid cos who wants to start a holiday with a row?

All good after that - suite lovely, staff pleasant etc.

We were awed by the scale of Vegas, loved breakfast buffet in Paris, our champagne/helicopter/boat ride excursion was fantastic, saw Ka, Jersey Boys and Penn & Teller.

A special thanks to Luci - a great rate for the MGM ($400) and the 222 offer was FAB. 2 free buffets (eat till we hurt) saving us $56 plus 2 free cocktails $26 (Southern Gentlemen...single malt, Jack Daniels, Champagne and ?)

Will do a proper report later. San Fran, Hawaii and LA have a lot to compete with
