I am just back from Kefalonia and I would agree that the Perasma Grill Restaurant is one of the best. I would also highly recommend the Myrto Studios & Apartments.

The favourite with the film crews for Captain Corelli's Mandolin, and with visiting sailors in the know, is 'Paradise' run by Stavros. Turn left out of the harbour, follow the quayside along the coast, and keep going for about 500m. He has a more developed range of dishes thatn the average taverna. And a nice setting too!
