Sunaddict is correct there are no pay-on-entry lounges in T5. The nearest thing to a private lounge is the Gordon Ramsay plane-food restaurant which is situated after security, but it's not a lounge as such and is pricey at 30 pounds per person. http://www.no1traveller.com/plane-food-restaurant-gordon-ramsay.aspx
