Dont know if anyone else has sufferd the hard sell to take up extras and upgrade that Alamo so like to push on you when your tired after a long flight. Well they tried it on me last January and again in October but stood my ground. After some digging i got the e-mail of the CEO of Vangard that owns Alamo and sent of a complaint direct to the top. I have just had an e-mail of appology from Vangard with $209.18 refund to my card.
So if you get this hard sell, stick to your guns and if you complain keep following it up.... it does pay off so to speak.
