Today's French new stated that 160 odd passengers refused to board the Alexandair aircraft awaiting them at Heraklion ........................

I also flew to Zante with Alexandair and from start to finish the whole aircraft was a complete disaster. We had flight delays, lost luggage, no drinks on the flight, disgusting food (that we had paid extra for), greek speaking staff and no entertainment. On the way back seats were not allocated so there was a free for all when getting a seat. There were familys with young children that had to be sat apart from each other.
I booked through Olympic Holidays who did you book through?
Also have you complained as Olympic did not want to hear about my complaint and told me to take it up with Alexandair.
