My boyfriend plays golf and hopes to have a go in the Algarve.
We are staying in Praia De Rocha and wonder if anyone can advise on a good course and prices per round - some are asking for a certificate which they don't have.

THE above site list most of the courses in the algarve read the info on each carefully as many will insist on a 20 handicap or better and certificate of proof

Try Alto Golf in Praia do Vau about 10 mins from Rocha - about £40 and do not think a certificate is needed. Also about 20 mins back along the coats is Salgados - again about £40 but take lots of balls to this one as there is water everywhere!!
