Scoobydoo when do you fly out.
Hi,
Ha see ya there then. We fly out 27th July
hi larson82uk, ill see you there put my beer on the bar for about 11 at night do you have children??
how about you do u have children?
Hi, yeah i have 2 one is 12 a girl and the other a boy who is 9 just a little bit too old for yours but my daughter loves little kids so who no's you might get a baby sitter when you get to the resort you will have to send a pm to me and ill meet up with you for a drink or 2 or 3 or 4 are you alinclusive ??
hello scooby doo we also fly on the 20th ,where are you flying from we go from manchester.
EllsBells - the air conditioning works really well, even in the bedrooms! I had to keep it on all night to try and stop any mozzie bites - my poor hubby had to sleep under the bed clothes he was cold during the night
scoobydoo - we stay in the one bed appartments in the Aegeon Village, which was built in 1992. They are cleaned daily (apart from Sunday) although the maids do collect any rubbish. Having said that if people are leaving on a Sunday then that particular appartment IS cleaned. As I said in a previous post, if you want your towels changed daily (and some dont!) just put them on the floor of the bathroom and they will be changed.
From what I can see, you are staying in the Aegeon Village - is this correct? Because from what you've said regarding reviews from other sites that the appartments are dated and old,well.... compared to the brand spanking new appartments in the Fishing Village - to some people they might consider the appartments in the Aegeon Village to be 'old' - dont' worry!
When we left, all the entertainment was in the Fishing Village and yes it was inside, but they were working hard to complete the outside bit. What they have done in 8 months is brilliant, coz the Fishing Village was only being built when we left in September last year!
Anyway - at the front of the Aliathon there's a fab pub called the Wild Horse. George the manager is great - as are the staff. There is also a night club called Dodici, which was opening the night after we left (so can't comment on this) but it does not open until late at night.
Please don't worry - I am sure you will have a fab time. That's why we keep returning to the Aliathon and are going back again in September for our 11th visit!! Have a look at my pics on Page 21 - the third is a pic of the pub x

Thanks for the advice regarding the restaurants, we are going A.I but we are there for my birthday and would like to go somewhere really special, Any suggestions ?
Well.............we were there on our wedding anniversary and went to the Cavallini, it's only a 5 minute walk from the Aliathon (it's not cheap) but well worth it - remember to book a table though
Thanks we'll try that, the big 40 ! oh no
If you like wine - when we're in the Cavallini, we get a bottle of Bardolino Rose - mmmmmmmmmm!!!
Rose my favourite! Cant wait we fly out 17th August, we had started to get worried when all the letters started turning up fron First Choice informing us of ammendments, but now people are starting to post reviews, just cant wait !
