Im just wondering how old you have to be to bring back your allowance ?

We are going to Majorca for a short break for my sister in laws birthday her son and daughter are going both 16yr olds.

She was wondering if there could bring back the allowance on drinks tabco etc.

Has she wanted extra drink in for new yr but its the weight of them carrying them.

Also her 2 children smoke i no there can buy them legally in shops in uk but can they buy them abroad?

Any help would be grate full thanks x
