He's back in work tomorrow but I'm off for the rest of the week so I will be even more bored if the weather doesn't improve as I don't drive. I have an optician's appointment in town on Wednesday so I'll be taking a bit of a walk around the shops then. I think it's supposed to be a beautiful day on Thursday so I'll be making the most of it out the back garden.
We've been busy emptying the loft, the sun is shining but I have no time to answer it's call.We need to put extra loft insulation in as we are hoping to get solar panels fitted soon. It's a dirty, dusty day I have planned.Tonight we are hoping to be going out for a drink with my brother and sister and their partners,I'm looking forward to that, just hope we're not too tired.
Wet Wet Wet here. OH and myself have spent day tidying out the garage! Oh the joys of a wet bank holiday!!
Very wet here too, just spent a few hours up at the retail park doing some DIY shopping with the other million people there!! Then the food shopping, too wet to do anything but shop! Spent the rest of the time spending some time with our 3 new additions to the family (our new hobby) The 3 ex battery hens we have rescued, Mabel,Betty and Gloria are taking over our life at the moment but in a good way!
Got up at 8.30 took my eldest daughter into town and spent over £200 on holiday clothes that brightened my day up seeing as the weather is terrible! Browsed for holidays all day and dreamt of holidays.
Does sitting in A&E for a couple of hours with eldest son count as doing anything nice? He's broken his little finger AGAIN....bloody cricket balls!!!!
Rain Rain Rain all weekend...the sun has the cheek to be shining now at 8-30 at night
Spent the weekend shopping with my grandaughter in tow....as she is only 3, it wasnt the most stress free shopping I have ever done but I did manage to buy some lovely sandels from Peacocks and a holiday top from Next which I had been eyeing up for a few weeks.

We did get into town to watch the Swansea v Reading match, and went from there to have a lush Indian. Home now & catching up on here!
Worked! Off next weekend for 5 days, weather forecast much better!!

Tell him to use the wide bit of the bat!
Nope, I just worked, but today I booked my holiday
Where are you off to?
Oh I can say, I forgot where I was, I am going to Ireland for 10 days, and 2 days also in Chester.
I went to my caravan in the Pennines for some peace and quiet after 2 noisy weeks in Rhodes.
