Location for these is superb.Turn left at front door and Palma Nova beach is about 200 yards away.Turn right and Magaluf is a five - ten minute walk.Apts are fine.Plenty of stairs to top floor apts but only carrying lugagge on way in and way out.Anything else you need to know just ask
Thanks bradyk, they sound spot on, was wondering if we can get a taxi at the airport or would it be better booking a transfer. Janerbus quoted 32 euro each way do you think this is reasonable.
I love the Aqua Sol - in fact I have been calling them to book a room for the past 2 weeks but they never answer the phone and their site _still_ does not take online bookings!
Have you tried to book through the likes of travel republic, find me accomodation, or wsh travel.
As far as I'm aware they all do bookings for the Aquasol.
It may be that the apartments are closed until Easter maybe.
Good luck.
Deb.
I have found 1 site providing room only at £105 a night, im sure that they are yet to set room prices yet for this year so would prefer to go to the hotel directly see what their prices are before booking.
I will try and call them again today!
Thanks
Have you tried here http://www.hotelscomparison.com/ they compare prices for several companies.
That's if you don't manage to get through direct with Aquasol.
Good luck.
Deb.
Hi! We are flying out on Tuesday and staying in the Aquasol for 9 nights. We booked through Alpharooms, they were also available through Findrooms and Travel republic. I'm sure it would work out cheaper than booking direct with the apartments.
I can confirm that it is indeed a lot cheaper to book direct with the Aqua Sol and not through a 3rd party website who still need to add on their commission.
For example, I have also booked a week at the Ola Panama - all inclusive - in Palma Nova for £640 for two. I certainly dont intend to eat in the same hotel for 7 nights but at that price I couldnt turn it down.
Same stay through Alpha rooms was £820
We've only paid £212 for 9 nights at the Aquasol for 4 people through Alpharooms, it's usually cheaper for us to book through companies like Alpharooms because there are 4 of us. Next time I price up accomodation I will get some quotes direct from the apartments or hotel to see if it is cheaper for us.
Thanks
Carol
However, im looking for July dates and Alpharooms, nor any other sites I have visited will provide a price for this hotel/dates - im guessing that all rooms have been taken by the tour operators due to the time of year Im going and I will have to either wait for a last minute room or plump for somewhere else.
Its all fun and games isn't it !
Hi firestars, Good look in your search for accomodation at the Aquasol. We fly out this afternoon will post a review for the Aquasol when I get back.
i have just come back from majoprca, i was the one who only booked the flight and no hotel, well much to say....
the holiday was lovely, it took about 2-3 hrs to find a hotel........we stayed at AQUASOL!
we were given an apartment self catering with two double bedrooms in, (even tho we only asked for a double bed room) it was very nice clean tidy and respectable. we paid 33 euros per night and that was direct with aquasol
the entertainment there is great, esp more for little children. there is a really nice hotel pool;, food was okay too
if you have any morew qns feel free to ask
