hi, how do you track the visa when it has reached the vf office i have tracked to the office with the post office...toe
Go to the vfs site and look down the left side and you will see tracking.Put your details in and bingo.

Do those visa people think that you are so stupid that you would not a) paid on-line or b) sent a postal order/banker's draft?
Would it have taken that much effort to have picked up the telephone or to have sent you an e-mail to query the payment?

that's nothing I called the premium rate number yesterday and had 4 emails replied to by complaints, I called the complaints line 4x's I was promised a call back, non came and the whole time my stuff was on it's way back to me in my SDE
...my expeirience has been a total nonsence that took 18days,
now i've got to send it all off again and hope they track the payment this time

Judsmiles, we printed off a payment receipt when we paid on line. It says "Confirmation" and underneath, your transaction has been successful. Please note your Transaction ID number. Plus the amount paid, your name and currency of the transaction.
If you have yours post it back as proof of payment when you resend your passport. (print off another copy or photocopy it for yourself).
When I sent my stuff I enclosed the check list and where the tick box for payment enclosed was I wrote "paid online"... Just hoping that I don't have a problem now.

Hi Gemma33, Same here, found Edinburgh a lot better than previous years,staff very good and helpful,we went 2.30pm thuirs, told we will have passports back by post wed 22nd ,found young Indian girl very helpful, also Indian man on desk so nice,they also have a computer for people that have not done the forms and toilets,WOW! very good. hi, my hubby filled both of them in but on mine he s put the wrong year of birth, we have posted them off, he s made me the same age as him, i suppose they will send it back now
