I don't think Atalaya Apartments has its own website. You can see a lot of information on this website - lanzarote.com -which is where I booked before with no problems. http://www.lanzarote.com/reservas/atalaya
I also have a Satisfaction Questionnaire from them and they give a different telephone number to the one on the website and the email address is atalaya@sayma.es . If you try and contact them by email you may not get a reply for quite a while. When I rang them I was told to email so it's a bit of a problem!

Got back from staying at the Atalaya apartments last week after booking a late Easter AOA deal. They really are very good apartments for 2 keys, in a good location only a couple of hundreds yards from the sea front promenade. We ended up in complex B up the long flight of external stairs but the payoff is even better views than those in complex A and the pool area is quieter too. Our apartment terrace also got full sun all day which was great. All in all a very pleasant week.

We are staying in the atalaya apts at the end of Feb for a week....can't wait.....however we have some specific room requirements that we want to make direct to the apts rather than through our travel company (we always find that this works better than gong thru our travel co. - the personal touch etc), however I am finding it difficult to get an e-mail address or tel number for the atalaya so I can do this - CAN ANYONE HELP in posting to me the e-mail address or the tel number for the apt. reception please.

A really quick google on the apartments brought up loads of info!!! No direct telephone number but a reservations number in mainland spain. There was a fax number I think though. I was in the apartments a couple of weeks ago, and the receptionist didn't speak very good English, so perhaps a fax would be better?

I got the same response as most people when I phoned, they told me to email, but I'd emailed them several times already and never got a reply and here they were saying to email them not phone them
I do believe it was because of the lack of English spoken and perhaps they have someone who occasionally read the english emails for them hence why they take so long to reply.
As you off very soon I'd type and fax your request to them ASAP instead

Just went to the Thomson page and Portland Page to try to book these apartments for October 2008 and they were nowhere to be found!! Does anyone know which operator is going there now, tried Google but no luck. Thank you.
Just heard a rumour that the Atalaya Apts are closed. Anyone been recently / know if this is true? I hope not as we have stayed there twice and really like the place.
atalaya went bankrupt..hopefully someone will take them over soon
That is such a shame. Hopefully they won't be closed for too long.
