I don't no if anyone has experienced this but did an online booking with on the beach and we are supposed to fly out on the 22/06/15 with Ryan air from Manchester when we had confirmation it says we fly out on the 21/06/15 they admit to it being there error but have now had to pay a further £160 to change it I don't understand why we have to pay for there error
Hi, don't try and call or email them, they never answer! Try tweeting or posting on their Facebook page. Funnily enough they respond to you quite quickly then!
