Yes Martin Still does his drag act at the Rich Bitch I know him because I lived in Beni for 11yrs and when he had his bar The Terrace Bar I had The Leicester Bar 2 Doors away.

Just thought some of you may be interested in an update on Neil St John who was featured in Benidorm Unpacked. I have just returned from Benidorm and saw him one evening and thought he was a good performer. He said in February Channel 4 are starting to film a documentary about him and his family. Apparently his wife was found as a baby on the streets of Russia in a cardboard box and they are going to trace the nuns who looked after her. Also they are going to trace the people who looked after him after the accident in which he lost his arm and leg - he was in hospital for two years. They will then film him as he looks for work in June, July and August in Bulgaria. As mentioned in the programme he has been married three times and has six children. His first wife lives in Yorkshire and also two of his children and his second wife and two daughters live in Blackpool and it sounded like it was probably not a very amicable breakup and he had not seen his daughters for seven years. However, something positive that came out of the programme for him was that he had just returned from four days in England visiting them.

Only managed four warm sunny days out of the two weeks we were there. Still, you can always find something to do in Benidorm.

Hi Vivienne - Which Bar was Neil St John singing in when you saw him, he was at Valentines when i was there in Sept, but said that was his last night there for the moment!

I am pretty sure it was Valentines we saw him at but I also saw posters of him at a couple of other places as well, one was near the White Horse, can't remember the name so he is obviously doing all right for bookings at the moment. It will be interesting to see how he goes on in Bulgaria.

Julie I was wondering with you having been in Valentines, whether you got chance to ask Matthew and Colin what they thought of the series? Was it what they expected?

My partners mum has just asked us if we watched the programme about Benidorm last night - but she cant remember what it was as she only switched channels and it was on... any ideas what the program was if anyone caught it?
