hi

i personally alway book as early as possible...i usually get a free child place then and know the hotel i be going to cos sometimes if u leave it later then a lot of the better places are booked up and no child places left....but a lot of people will advise to book last minute....hope you find a good deal anyway

I agree - book as early as possible.

Just booked mine with 12 weeks to go..... and the price has gone up 170 per person since i booked it!

For my main 2 week break I booked in December for travel in May - and got the lowest price.

A tip, don't keep looking at what you might book every day.... interest pushes it up.... check mid week, late tuesday to thursday at about 5.30pm seems to be a low time, as most people are commuting or feeding thie families!

We booked weeks ago as I find its the best way to get what you want. Left till later you are not always able to get the accomodation you want.

Every time I have gone to Turkey I have booked between 1-3 weeks before I go and always seem to get a bargain.I always go to named 4and 5 star hotels and seem to pay half the brochure price.
I am not confined to any dates or can go from any Northern airport, but if you need to go on a certain date it may be better to book early. One tip I was told by a travel agent was always book after the 20th of the month for the best prices :que

Depends if you've got to stick to certain dates, especially main Summer, and if you want a particular hotel/apartment. If you're not fussed and can be flexible it might be worth waiting until last minute, but personally I like to have everything all sorted well in advance. Also, our 3 girls have been very particular about returning to the same hotel for the past few years, so we've been booking the next years holiday on return from last!

I always go on the internet over christmas and Book up in January ie we did this, this year and got two weeks Bed & Breakfast in Altinkum flying from Birmingham on June 13th for a total price of £495 for two people. We Booked through Holiday Hypermarket. Only down side was we had to pay for it when we Booked instead of Deposit then Final Payment.

We booked only about 12 weeks ago (if that) and got a great deal.....with a free child place ...to what appear to be a very popular hotal (Club Turquoise, Marmaris)...I was surprised at the free child place but not going to argue LOL

But if i have specific place in mind I normally book early...... :D

it varies to market forces there are deals out there now due to the credit crunch i suppose but mainly the earlier you book the better the deal for package holidays and also for flight only holidays with diy accomadation
this is the feed back i get from customers :sun2
