You will get any type of bread in turkey ,not to sure of the names ,but it wont take you long to find out .The breads in turkey are lovely and fresh and really tasty .

Nearly all the restaurants in Turkey serve only white bread - but it is really delicious! You can buy wholemeal bread in the large supermarkets - it's called CAVDAR EKMEGI - but I don't think many restauarants/hotels will have it.

We have always been able to have wholemeal/wheatgerm/brown bread at any of the hotels we have been to in Turkey. Can't say it has been available in restaurants though (but then i've never asked). You can get it in supermarkets too.

Every hotel i have been to in turkey has had an amazing selection of bread always wholemeal,white ,brown and even black.
