We are thinking of buying in Turgetries and have been looking at off-plan through Mandalinci. Has anyone heard of/ had dealings with them.
Thank you.
Turgetreis is a beautiful place and somewhere we considered before buying in Gumusluk. The reason why we did not was to do with getting military clearance, parts of Turgetreis are very sensitive area's due to the proximately of Kos.
We were told originally by the agent you are dealing with that it was no problem, but speaking to other agents and people in the know were advised against.
Whilst I know their was talk of this situation being relaxed for Turgetreis, I don't know if that happened.
Foreigners have purchased in Turgetreis by setting up a Turkish company or just not getting the Tapu, but you run a risk with this sort of arrangement.
I would also say check out some of the Turkish agents as the prices are sometimes lower
Good luck with your house hunting its a fantastic place
Thanks
