When we where there in July we just used cash machines to take out what we wanted every other day. The nearest machine to the Balmoral is little more than 5 minutes walk away.

We went last year, and there is a foreign exchange down the road from the Chihuahua/ Mastines hotel.
There is also a foreign exxchange in the town center of Calas where all the bars and shops are.
