Don't know if anyone can help but....... I'm going to France in the summer (end of July) just after the schools break up. There are going to be two tents. We've already got the ferry booked but had planned to see how far down the Normandy coast we could get and then try and find a campsite. Do the campsites get booked up? What are our chances of finding somewhere? If anyone knows of any decent campsites that are potentially quiet or any good french campsites books, that would be very useful.
Thanks Ashley
We're in Scotland and our schools stop at the end of June so we've never been in France as late as you plan to go so I'm afraid I can't help with your question as to how busy sites are at the end of July.
Thanks for that. I'll try and find out more about it. Hope you enjoy your holiday.
some do get full in July you have to ring around sometimes then other times just turn up
