They're all pretty basic I think.Out of the 3 I've always liked the look of Platomare Apartmants having passed them numerous times whilst heading to and coming back from the coastal path.Always looked clean,fresh and fairly quiet and in a good area away from the noise(not that there's much).The Seagull always looked fairly nice as well but don't know how the building of the houses behind it has affected it.The Livas seemed a bit tired and run down the last time I looked although it may have been spruced up since then.

Just to complicate matters The Rising Star apartments get brilliant reviews.

Would have been my first choice as well but I think it will be that bit more pricey.
