Even though it's out closest airport I've never used the executive lounge there....mainly because of flight times.
Has anyone used it recently if so can you tell me what sort of food/snacks are available....and is there a limit on the number of alcoholic drinks you can have.

Just like to add I know it says limit of 2 drinks per person on the website.....however I know others have said they can help themselves as many times as they want.....which is what's done at the other airport lounges I've been to

hi Tangobunny. Have a look here if you haven't already http://www.executivelounges.com/lounges/cardiff-airport-lounge?gclid=CK719u2zmMMCFQEFwwodqGIAYA
The last time we were there, it was at breakfast time. There was porridge/croissants/cakes/pastries/crisps/nuts/olives - your usual snacks, plus tea/coffee and premium brand drinks. You help yourself to everything. There is a sign saying 2 alcoholic drinks only, but it wasn't enforced when we were there.

from what I can see its a very poor choice compared to other lounges we have been to....ie Bristol you get bacon rolls at breakfast and soup and rolls plus ploughmans at lunch as well as the danish pastries, muffins etc....so I don't think its worth the money....doubt we will eat and drink £34 worth in the 2 hours we'll be there
