We are going on this ship over the new year period in the carribean.....
apologies for my being a bit blonde, but I seem to remember someone posted a link to a site where you could look at lots of topics about this line/ship?
if anyone knows the website I am thinking of I would be grateful if they could re-post?
Also, having been ont carnival website, I am slightly confuzzled....dress code / dining options etc etc.....it takes you around a series of videos which dont give you much info at all.....
Is it similar to say Thomsons...where you have the option of the buffet or formal? And i see there is no formal night as such....but there is formal dining? does that mean trousers and shirt etc for hubby, smart pants top/dress etc for me?
Drinks on board? I hear they may be v expensive? is this true? is it only American bottled beer? Any cider???(gawd I ask this question on every holiday we are going on....for hubby NOT me!)
hope someone has some info for me
many thanks!

Hi- are you thinking of cruise critic which has a Carnival forum?
http://www.dolphindiscovery.com it's cheaper to book direct than thru the cruiseline. If your ship doesn't get in to port due to weather problems they will refund your money. It is a fantastic day.
Eat at 'Pancho's Backyard'. Lovely courtyards with waitresses in traditional Mexican dress and Mariachi band playing. It's right on the seafront at Cozumel, close to the Forum Shops. Prices are modest and food is good.
I assume you are going to the Western CAribbean- if you are going to Cozumel try to do one of the dolphin experience excursions. You can see what's available at Eat at 'Pancho's Backyard'. Lovely courtyards with waitresses in traditional Mexican dress and Mariachi band playing. It's right on the seafront at Cozumel, close to the Forum Shops. Prices are modest and food is good.
