Casino Caraibe (think that is the correct spelling). I haven't been in to gamble but have been to shows there which are quite good. Only visitors (not locals) are allowed into the gambling part and you will need to have your passport with you. I seem to remember that you can only play with foreign currency, not their own dinars. Dress code is fairly relaxed but what we would call 'smart casual', so you are unlikely to need your dinner jacket and bow tie, or a cocktail dress (whichever turns you on), but shorts and sandals would probably not be suitable, nor would a bare chest (for either ladies or gentlemen)

That's why I keep on coming back to the Tunisia forum - things keep changing. I haven't had cause to go by the Casino for some time but I remember it previously. As far as I know that was the only one in the area.

I also note on another site that the Waterpark in PEK could be changing. When I was there in November it was closed, but I thought that was just for refurbishment. Let that be a lesson to all of us, keep on checking and keep on posting information.

I expect to be out there next month, so I'll try and find out what is going on and report back.

Yes it is true, there is a big casino in Sousse, but not sure if it is open anymore

Sorry to disappoint you but although many hotels are advertised as being 'near the Casino Caraibe' it has been closed for two or three years now and there is still no indication of when it will re-open. It used to be quite good and they also put shows on there.
