Had a look at the pics on the First Choice site. Still think it's an artists impression or in more modern terms ' computer generated image'....
As the apartments aren't completed yet they wouldn't be able to take a picture of a pool with sunbeds and parasols let alone people in swimming. I notice to the right of the picture you see yellow coloured slides, I'm almost certain they will be the Portobello's. Guess we will just have to wait but I'm certain they will be worth waiting for.

I was thinking along the same lines, where did all the peeps come from? Also, in the original drawing I am sure there was only one water slide now there is a rash of them
Are the pics of the Turquoise? I guess we will just have to wait and see when the first peeps to visit return I just hope I have made the right choice, been to Marmaris many times and loved it only place I didn't like was the Irmak apts. Are the rooms pc generated also or just the pool pics?

We are staying in the Club Alize in May and just wondered if anyone can tell me where exactly it is, is it near the harbor end?? It looks totally different from the drawings. If anyone has any information or any photos please could you send them to me

Welcome to the posts. You will see there already is a thread for Club Alize further down the page at the moment, it may answer some of your queries. Club Alize is situated in the Armutalan area of Marmaris. It's really at the other end from the harbour, well almost the other end .. It is well situated for everything and about a 5-10 min walk from the large Migros supermarket. It's right next door to the new entrance to the Portobello apartments if you know where they are.

I would think everything will be 'generated'. It is certainly not a view of the Turquoise. I spoke recently with Irfan the Turquoise manager who said he would try and get me a pic. No joy yet but I will keep at him.

ihave booked to go to the club alize at the end of may,but i am puzzled by the new photos on the first choice web site.these seem to be of a similiar built hotel called the club antique palace,page 26in the first choice turkey brochure. i have emailed first choice and i am awaiting a reply to see if this is a genuine mistake.. as soon as i get some info i will let you know.

he club antique palace is a differant apart to cleb alize, what do you mean theres a mistake i know both well so may be able to help

How are you and the family ? I beleive you are heading to the Club Alize this year, we had Kim out staying with us for the weekend, and she was filling us in with all the gossip from Club Turquoise........ seen photos of Irfan's wedding and a few photos of the guests ( Nice knees for a kilt )
The Club Alize looks really fabulous I am very envious, we all wish we were going now, tried for a week in Sept or Oct but all booked up, maybe try nearer the time and get a cancellation. Kim will be having her receiption either in the Turquoise or the Alize in August 2006 , so God willing we will definately be there for that

Those pics on First Choice do look like that other hotel, also they look nothing like the original picture. The hotel pool area in the new pics looks very cramped, I prefared the original design guess we must wait and see now for First Choice to get back to you. I might give them a ring in the morning to see whats what.

the club alize is next to the portobello apts near migros. the antique palace is in armutalan, a differant part of marmaris. i am going near the club alize tommorrow will see what it looks like for you all and find out what the picture is.

Could you take the pic from the First Choice web site with you tomorrow please and see if the Club alize looks anything like the pic they have on there. Thank you for your efforts to help with this mystery I look forward to your reply tomorrow
