Hi Wilson,
Good to hear you had your usual great holiday.
I went to the Turquoise 3 times to see if there was anybody from last time.Never met a soul.
Senol was not there any time I popped in and you must have been off on your wanders.
Met the jeweller (is it Chico?) who used to work there outside jewellers shop just down from Taj Mahal.Enjoyed meal at Taj as well.

Hi Stevie C

Yes big changes with the staff. Senol wasn't there every day apparently he now has some duties with the owners new Jeans shop. I did do lots of walking this year and to be honest was only around the poolside for the darts in the morning and of course the waterpolo in the afternoon. Sorry I missed you.

Playing darts yesterday morning and I was asked if I was the Wilson that posted on HT. I said I was and the guy said "your the reason we're here, I kept reading your posts on HT about Club Turquoise and decided we really must try it for ourselves " ... I was well chuffed.

Has the club turquoise got it's own jewellery shop lol?! We are staying at the club maric which is behind the turquoise and from our balcony we are sure we can see a jewellery shop but didn't see one when we walked along the road! Of course it's now a question of if I'm right against hubby who says it's not!! And I thought "I know just where to find the answer"! Lol xx

Club Turquoise has indeed got a jewellery shop. Camelot Jewellers. Oner is the person to ask for even if it is only for a browse (he get's called Ernie too). My wife and daughters have bought a few items over the years and I bought a bracelet last year to celebrate my retirement. Please tell him you were talking to me on here. If you go in the back entrance to CT from the Maric direction just go along the path and up the stairs, you can't miss it.

We Have just booked up two weeks at Club Turquoise departing from birmingham on 21st july.
I did loads of research before booking as i know the type of place we like and thomson also had a nice free kids place so Club Turquoise seems like a good deal.
We have a son aged 11 and daughter aged 8 im hoping there will be enough things to do to keep them occupied.
We stayed at club aida last time we were in marmaris and had a fab time, so im hoping Club Turquoise wont let us down.
Only concern i have is we have booked a 1 bed apartment but i really dont want to be on the outside facing the main road, read reviews about the noise.
role on July :cheers

Club Turquoise does have wifi, not sure if you have to pay for it. It is a fabulous place and your kids will love it.
