Not sure where to post this question so here goes!
I have an MP3 player and want some very comfortable headphones to use with it. I only use this when flying or once on holiday so do not want to spend a fortune. The ones I have at the moment are little round things that are supposed to stay in the ear but they seem to fall out a lot and they are also not very comfortable.
Any suggestions please.

Try these available in Argos very good for mp3 ect.
can you buy your own ear phones for short haul flights? do the airlines mind? as with 3 kids its cheaper to buy my own, than on the flight!
My husband and kids have always just used their own headphones for inflight movie and no-one has ever said anything. They use the one's that go with personal cd/mp3. Most of which have come from the £ shop.
We bought in-flight headphones years ago on our travels, I think they cost about £1 each then, and I always stick them in my handbag when we fly and use them for the in-flight movies/radio.

This year I'm taking mine from my personal cd player.
So do normal headphones still work on the plane even if you dont have the 2 prong adaptor thing?
Yes, you can use what ever headphones you like. We always take our own. I think most of the planes take any set with or without the 2 pin adapter. We have never had any problems in the past.
Kids will have theirs with them anyway from the mp3 players so i will pick some up for me and hubby from the £1 shop.
thanks again

I use earphones for my MP3 player and I too found the ones supplied with it uncomfortable, they also didn't stay put!
I've just bought some of THESE, not cheap I know, but infinitely more comfortable than the pair supplied with the player, and best of all, they don't move!
They come with three interchangeable earbuds, small, medium and large. I use the medium size ones and I honestly can't feel them in my ears.

i have a pair i got from Helios a few years back with the twin mono plugs never let me down yet still as good as the day i got them
I just bought some Mikomi headphones from Argos. They are big and chunky, like stereo headphones but are really comfy and the sound is great! They only cost £5.99 too!
