We have some major complaints about our holiday we had in sept with first choice.
We contacted the rep at the time who wasnt happy to help
We have since sent 2 letter to first choice and we are still not happy with the response.
we paid just under £4000.00 for 2 weeks in there holiday village turkey and we have been offered a £200.00 voucher as a gesture of good will. Now my point is that my childrens safely and our own was put at a huge risk and we sent the whole holiday in fear for our children we got spoken to like we were something the reps had stood in and at no point was the supivisor available for us to talk to.
So what i am asking is where do i go now ????
Any Advise would gratefully appriated

By offering the voucher it seems they are admitting some fault. Speak to Ros Fernihough on 01922 621114 asap. She is a travel law lawyer who often assists our members. She will offer you free advice.
did you make out a written report whilst in resort about your problems too as this always helps
