We used Thomson last time - they were fine.... tho the rep was absent (i.e. invisible) and we ended up using Russel? the Longwood rep to book trip tickets to the dolphins in Israel.
I would use them again, but given the accessability of the Longwood rep, I would be prepared to pay a little more for that!
Russell has been a star in the past... Also, Jetline have come back with only £50 more than Thomson... Think I may stick with Longwood...
