Hi all - hope the sun is shining wherever you are!
My family and I fly off to Sao Jao in August (1st time). We always like to go on a few day trips. This year is no exception and we are looking at visiting the local water park, taking a jeep safari and maybe a boat trip.
However, we don't want to book these trips through the Reps as they always cost a fortune. Can anyone point us the right direction as to where we should go to book these and how soon into the holiday should we do so (we are there for a fortnight).
Thanks
Even my local paper shop sells tickets for various attractions and trips.
Suggest you spend some time first couple of days getting these sorted.
Shouldn't be too much trouble.
There's a tour agency - think it's called 'The Ticket Shop' or something like that, in a square in front of Vila Nova apartments in Sao Joao (top end of the strip) which does trips to just about everywhere.(Someone told us they were the cheapest they had found in the area although can't vouch for that!), and their pick up point is close by on the main road.
