It can be done and arranged very easily - you just need acompany with an airport and an es cana office. Also ALWAYS better to book through an agent than through a car hire company as they give better discounts.

Yes, I agree except their arn't any!
And, no it's not always cheaper to book through an agent. In fact I have used several travel agents and they have always been more expecive than using Hertz advance booking discounts.
just managed to secure a car for the whole two weeks - with Aircon etc etc - for UNDER £200, top result
thats two weeks halfboard in Es Cana for two adults and a 14yr old, complete with two weeks car hire for under £1300, got to be pleased with that!!
and all thanks to this website - I owe ya!!
Stu
Well done mate
for the car hire I went with Hertz - basically they worked out the best in terms of price, excess etc etc
Cool. Like I mentioned before I have often found Hertz to be the cheapest when booked in advance. I once got a medium sizes air-con car in Ibiza from them for £85 for the week. Although it was on an advanced special offer.
You not going to get a one way car hire. I would suggest a taxi or drive back to the airport and get a bus. Both cheap woith the bus being about €3
need to hire car for 1 week from airport, getting very confused who to book with, brokers have some good deals but bad reviews. Any advice on who to use would be great, dont want to end up paying over the odds for a big name, want to pick up decent car at airport withoput any hassle as travelling with 2 kids. recommendations please!!

i have always used these, either in ibiza or other destinations. (used them last week in spain) each time we have had a better car than what we booked so cant complain!

the only problem with carjet...and many other car firms, is that if your booking for more than 3 days you have to pay for a full tank of fuel on arrival when you pick up the car, the cost of the petrol is often considerably more than you would pay if you got it at the petrol station, best check terms and conditions when your booking. Good thing about car jet is that you dont have to pay any deposit either so you can cancel when you like if you change your mind
we have always been told when you take the car back you have to leave it with half a tank of fuel, and everytime we have collected a car there is always half tank. if that makes sense!? never been charged by them for the fuel.
As we are arriving at night could you possibly let me know if carjet have a desk/booth at the airport?? and is the car at the airport or is it a bus trip to go and collect?
here is the company website, the info you require is on there
anybody no a good car hire company in santa eulalia with reasonable prices
I don't know if they still do it but not too many years back the car hire companies operated a cartel where they fixed their prices before the season started and agreed not to undercut each other.
I hire though carjet for the whole week, as a car is need to get to the best beaches.
Got a good price from Hertz of £146.25 for a full week as opposed to £80 for 2 days so it looks like we're taking a car for the full week now!
