
Due to this delay, I lost two days wages, and my luggage disappeared, leaving me to walk around in the clothing I donned on leaving our holiday hotel. All reps informed of the loss of the luggage.
On alighting at Manchester airport, Friday morning, I visited the left luggage department and found my case, battered and valuables missing (I took some pics for future reference) my case had been run over by something big, no!! not a dinosaur,


Our insurance was covered by Direct Travel Insurance. I filled the claim forms in, ie, flight delay, loss of two days wages (with letter from my company to verify this) and valuables(with receipts). I received £10:00p for the delay, a fiver each.

I asked could I speak to someone higher in authority, she informed me he was not at his desk. So now she is sending a form out for me to express my disgust etc.
