I came back from Marmaris on Saturday and can vouch for Natailes being very good value we ate there on a number of times and used there sunbeds all day, they do not hassel you when sunbathing on the beach just sir at the top of the path and when needed serve you, a very good service and would eat there next time we go. Please try the steak bagettes for a lunchtime snack really tasty.
hey, just came back from marmaris on monday this year we found call aysha on the beach front to be excellent, along with ephesus at teh marina-bit pricey but fantastic, well worth the money!another one is the friends restaurant that is sitauted before tansas near the public toilets, theyve recently changed their chef so their food is great too! as for trips, we went to turkish night which was in icmeler i think (we got picked up&dropped off at hotel) and quad safari, can recommend both higly-they were fab,we booked with eddie, iladya travel i think its called up in armutalan as he is fair and will give you good price,we used him last year as well!another successful great hol in marmaris, pity its over now !xx

On the subject of the Taj Mahal I took a pic of the new buliding last week whilst out there
looks really good - can't wait to try it out personally!
is the food good at the taj? perrydog
We was only there for a week so we did not have enough time to get there unfortunatly , maybee someone else has been to it.
Liked the photo of the Taj Mahal, the food has been excellent the last two years we've tried it, so we'll definitely will be going back again this year in August, They usually give a good exchange rate here also
Great pic of the Taj Mahal. Can't wait to visit it again later this year. Looks as though they now have an outdoor balcony which will give a great view of the mayhem at the junction My only minor complaint of the Taj was that I always found it a bit warm inside. Being new I hope they have the latest in a/c to keep me cool.

Hi could anyone please tell me if they remember or know of any restaurants/bars/entertainment that's near Irmak Apartments in Marmaris many thank's.
Im a first time traveller to Turkey (Maramis) this year flying out on 21st July for 2 weeks - cant wait!!! Ive been told its really hot this time of the year can anyone tell me hot hot exactly???
Cheers!!
i was in marmaris at the begining of July last year & temperatures were in the 40's .... it was unbelievably hot!!
whats the situation with the tourist side of things ? was there in may and never seen it so quiet.a friend of ours flew home the week after us and said there was only 29 people on her flight.i was shocked to see how quiet it was ,our turkish friends who own a restaraunt were really struggling and his staff were on about going back home to istanbul if things dont pick up.we will be there in july and august maybe by then the resort will be bouncing again .
Just booked a last minute deal to Marmaris, through Firrst Choice from Glasgow, leaving on Sunday morning for a week. Staying at the Club Aladdin, which I believe is in Armutalan and only paid £131 each for the week, which includes meals and resort transfer
Well I paid 720 pounds in Feb., Lowcostbeds for a week's b and b, for 2 in July from Belfast, but the transfer was 70 pounds basically from Belfast to Dalaman.
I was in Marmaris last week and although have never been before and was only on a day trip I was shocked at how quiet it was sometimes we were the only people walking down a street full of shops, maybe its just the time of year but still it was very quiet.
Hi There Everyone.......
Gary is still there
