It's situated in Candolim (North Goa).
we went to victors last year, and yes its right at the bottom of whispering palms road, but you have to go and book and let him know what you want to eat as there is only 4 tables you can`t just turn up
Sounds interesting ! Is he expensive ?
Hi Dave, i`d say price wise its at the top end,and your not eating in a restaurant it`s just 4 tables sat on some chip board, but every body seems to love it,we tried it last year but wouldn1t go out of our way to go back,in saying that i would probably be on my own
We pass Victors every day, but only had a drink when he used to have a top deck to go up to. Anyone seeing this place would look and think 'no-thanks', but when going down to Ganesh shack on a night have been amazed to see it full. I keep hearing how good his food is, so possibly next season will give him a try.
Now that we have our visas sorted out and our passports back we are starting to think about where we are going to eat. Can anyone recommend somehwere on Titos Road. We have been to Fiesta a few times and although I like it there I do find the menu a bit limited. We have also been to Nishas but didn't find we enjoyed it as much last year although it could just have been what we chose to eat. We do like the bars up there though so would like to find somehwere to eat first.
Brenliz, you could do worse than giving Jamies a try, not Titos road but within walking distance.......cheers Keith
All the above do very good food but do not have the setting like Fiesta or East meets West but for me I like the shacks on the beach for the atmosphere and better than ok food
Baga creek you have J&A's for Italian, very good food in a pleasant setting and Rasa a bit further up the road near Mackie's market is well worth a visit but all this was last season
Tonight we went to Starco in Anjuna and had frickadellers with a very tasty gravy, plain boiled potatoes and mixed salad plus a few small Tuborg cost 560 Rps for the two of us, could have been in Denmark or Sweden but for the price
Thanks for the info, I have been to Kim Faa in the past but haven't been there for a few years now, the other I don't know so may try somewhere new. I have heard Jamies mentione dbefore so maybe we will try that one.
We also liked the Phoenix in CSM road, the food was good and the owners are great.
Also love Kim Fa, Over the Flames and Nirvana on Holiday Street
