Estudios or Sol Studios ?

I have been looking at apartments in Benidorm and just found two that look ok and just what I have been looking for one is called "Estudios Benidorm" and the other is called "Sol Studios",But on closer look they look like the same place please Could somebody tell me if they are one of the same or they just look alike.
