Does anyone know if you can check in online with MY Travel? A friend of mine did this when she went to Australia and said it saved her loads of time at the airport. Iv'e checked my documents but it doesn't mention it.

I fly with My Travel on March 8th and I rang them up regarding 2 things:
1) stopover in Bahrain - there is none, direct flight
2) Gordon Brown's extra stealth tax - they said that I didn't have to pay it. I booked the holiday in August. Hope that this helps.

from what i gathered from the news tonight is if you have booked a package holiday you should be ok-depending on the tour company!,but if you've booked a flight only with a tour operator then they could charge you..could be wrong ,but thats seem to be what the info on the news earlier

we are flying on sat 03/02 with monarch ex manchester, so been wondering whether or not we have to pay the ADT. We booked the package holiday in May last year with COSMOS (9th time in goa by the way). the monarch info on their web site indiactes that if you have booked aflight with them then the duty is payable. if you booked after 06/12 then it is already included in ur ticket if after this date then you are expected to pay it. Monarch would have already contacted you to arrange payment......arent monarch brill....you can make this payment on line and they will e-mail you a receipt that you can produce at the check in desk....pity they cant get their planes to be as efficient!!!
we ahvent been asked to pay the extra ADT so I have just phoned COSMOS up and they informed me that as we have 'packaged' we will not have to pay the extra tax even at the airport.......all i can say if its monarch....lets wait and see wot happens on saturday

Rang travel agent today,we fly on 22nd March with First Choice and were told no extra charge would be made as it applies mainly to flight only trips.Bet it will be different next year!!!

Oh not sure if we are OK now. We are flight only with My Travel. Booked it last May. Got our tickets but doesn't mention the ADT.

im sure you can check in ..but i never bother after all theres 2to 3 hrs to kill once youre there and theres only so many duty free shops you can visit nothing worse than sat about waiting to be called ,xxx jan
