I love this product and use it for both face and body.

With my holiday coming ever closer, my body has to come out of hibernation :rofl Can anyone recommend a good all over body exfoliator which isn't too expensive please. Preferably one which can be used on both the face and body. Thanks in advance for your replies.

I personally find that body exfoliating products just aren't strong enough to do a decent job. A good old loofa works a lot better. Alternatively you could scrub with some sea salt and ordinary shower gel.

Body shop exfoliater - is very good - Also to moisurise after the body butters are brilliant, and smell lovely too (My favourite is shea and mango - for dry skin). You can buy the 50ml tubs first (To try), and if you like them go for the bigger 200ml tub!

Not sure I'd recommend doing this - I think that anything that will do a good job on your body is going to be too harsh for your face!

I can recommend the body one from the Boots Botanics range - used with a bath 'lily' I find that it does a pretty good job.

Yes that's true SMa, use something different for your face - there isn't a product that is suitable for both.

Thought there wouldn't be, but I thought it would be worth a try. Thanks for your replies.

I always use sugar and olive oil and it leaves you with lovely soft skin. Its also good for your hands too,bit too harsh for the face though.

:) Thanks for that, I'll go and buy some sugar tomorrow (have olive oil already in.)

Try sea salt and Olive oil as this leaves the skin very soft, use with a scrunchie type sponge, then coat body in baby oil

cheap and cheerful, just put an old bath towel out on the line in the sun without putting fabric conditioner in the wash, shower as usual, then just dry yourself off with the scratchy towel vigourasly ! works every time, you can almost see the dead skin cells coming off ! sounds gross, but it works ! obviously, moisturise loads afterwards, actualy, put baby lotion on when you are still damp and it really does make your skin soft !

Some people exfoliate in the shower first, then put baby oil in their bath immerse themselves in this, then come out and let the skin dry naturally, it works

I am prone to quite dry skin esp on my legs

the best i have used so far is a coconut one from Home Bargains,£1 something a tube !
