Of course there will be a breeze, as in any other part of the island, and yes we are having an early heat wave, although it is always warm at this time of the year and will continue through to late November, but seeing Sky news this morning and the dangers of sun tanning please do take care, if there is a breeze you may not notice you are in trouble, and the tan fast disappears on your return, is it worth the real dangers it can cause, not trying to spoil your holiday, just be very careful...

It will for certain, this is at the moment our normal summer temps..July August and September then it gets a lot warmer here..it is only 82f today clear and lovely!!..see my web cam..

hi jimbox i will take care with the sun lotion, i never go lower than factor 30 . i use the kids sun lotion. but when the sun comes out in england the next year in may i am brown again before i go aborad in late june . there is lot 2 be said about factor 30

5pm here on the golden isle, got to 88f 31c starting to cool a little, but we have been suffering today..bit too warm for comfort..

Its been hot here in the North Midlands as well -------------- must have hit the late teens at some point!

just looked on weather underground the most reliable forcast and it says 39* high today

On Cyprus-Weather.com today, It said Famagusta was 39 degrees today...... and 40 In Larnaca

....... looks like we will be In for permanent blue skies In 44 days
When we last went to Cyprus It was 108 degrees....... the Coach driver told us, when we were on our way back to the Airport.

Not according to the local news and those of us who live here, it has not reached 35c as yet and it is promising to cool down on Thursday, and I for one appreciate that very much...''weatherunderground'' we have found to be the most accurate, but as all forecast's not always correct, no one is that good, but as for 39c now way Jose!!...

Also slightly miffed at that 108deg I have records dating back over twenty years (this was a job of mine) and Cyprus rarely get to 40c certainly never in my time here, you have to take temps reading out of the sun, in fact as I keep posting where it NEVER shines...if you put a thermometer in the sun of course it will read that high or even higher, but not a true reading..this weeks weatherunderground for Larnaca..see any highs above 35c...no you cant!!.. slip slap all..

You DON'T get cool weather in Cyprus at this time of the year, but cooler (like it is today) would be lovely...back to normal 80+ nice conditions with a breeze..perfect!!
