Dont try to activate your box In Tenerife before getting in touch.

You can only activate your box here from a UK mobile. If you do it via a Spanish phone you will not get activated and will have wasted your money!!!

Your best bet is to get the shop who sold you it, to activate it for you as they have a dish to connect it to. I notice your in the North East, did you get it from Simply Digital? If so they will do it for you as an "installer" at their shop. If you email me where you got it from I will reply in more detail.
